How much does an international move cost?+

It depends on the volume (m³), the distance and the transport mode. For road moves in Europe, our estimator gives you a starting price in two minutes. For sea and air freight, you receive a detailed quote within 24 hours.

How long does a sea move to the USA or Canada take?+

Six to ten weeks door to door to the East Coast, eight to twelve to the West Coast.

Do I pay customs duties when moving abroad?+

Within the EU, no. Into the UK, Switzerland, Norway, the USA, Canada or Australia, your used belongings can usually enter duty-free if you are moving your main home. Each destination guide explains the conditions.

How do I estimate the volume of my move?+

Use our room-by-room volume calculator. As a guide: 10–15 m³ for a studio, 25–40 m³ for a two-bedroom home, 60 m³ and more for a large house.

Can you ship my car abroad?+

Yes, by secured trailer within Europe or by container overseas. Import rules vary a lot by country; check the destination guide before deciding.

Do you work between any two countries?+

Yes. We organise cross-trade moves between any two of the 60+ countries we cover, for example from Germany to Spain or from the UK to Portugal.
